Legal Entity
Zero Pack is a brand owned and operated by Devlabdhi Packers. All shipping and delivery obligations are fulfilled under the legal entity Devlabdhi Packers.
Service Coverage
Zero Pack currently ships orders across India using reliable courier and logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location but generally range between 5–10 business days.
- Custom or bulk orders may require longer production and shipping timelines, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Additional packaging charges may apply depending on product type and order volume.
- For bulk or custom orders, delivery costs will be mutually agreed upon with the client.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where available) to monitor their shipment status.
Delays & Liability
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Zero Pack (operated by Devlabdhi Packers) shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If a product is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
- Zero Pack will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. In eligible cases, replacement or refund will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy.
