These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from Zero Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Legal Entity

Zero Pack is a brand owned and operated by Devlabdhi Packers. All transactions, billing, and compliance are carried out under the legal entity Devlabdhi Packers.

Products & Services

Zero Pack offers corrugated packaging, mono cartons, paper bags, festive packaging, and related custom packaging services. Products in stock or designs available at the time of delivery will be considered as the final order. Any customization or design requirements shall be mutually agreed upon and charged separately.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged additionally.
• Delivery charges will be charged extra as applicable.
• Packaging charges shall be billed at actuals.
• Payments may be made through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and other approved methods.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Orders & Fulfilment

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) will be specified separately for each product on our website.
• Orders are confirmed instantly on the website and acknowledged by email.
• Custom or bulk orders may require separate commercial agreements.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Standard delivery timelines vary but are usually 7–10 business days.
• Delays may occur due to logistics issues or force majeure events. Zero Pack (operated by Devlabdhi Packers) shall not be liable for such delays.
• Order tracking details will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
• The customer shall bear return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Custom printed or personalized packaging products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Warranties & Limitations

• Product warranties may differ depending on the product and will be specified individually.
• Zero Pack (operated by Devlabdhi Packers) shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by courier/logistics providers or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from misuse or improper application of packaging by customers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vapi, Gujarat, India.
